This past week my kids have been out of school for snow and ice. We have had fun sledding and playing in the snow. But at night when the fireplace is roaring, we snuggled up for a few movie nights. I decided to introduce my children to one of my favorite childhood trilogies ~ Back to the Future!
Now, did you guys realize that this is the year of the future?
Back to the Future's ~Hill Valley 2015
It was fun to see what they thought the future was going to be like. And while we are not riding in flying cars or hover boards, we have advanced in our technology more than they knew was possible.
I wanted to share with you some of my Favorite "Future like Finds" so far for 2015.
1..Ringly Ring
This is a ring that lets you put your phone away while still keeping you connected.
Ringly connects to your phone and sends you notifications through vibration and light.
You can customize colors for certain calls or apps. The ring changes that color when you get a call or a new message on twitter. Since my phone is always in my purse or on the other side of the house, this ring would be awesome! Click on the picture above to go to ringly's site.
2. Groove Book
Everyone I know is way behind on their photos. Whether it's getting them in an album or even just printing them out. I love the scrapbook process, but it takes a lot of time. This groove book was featured on shark tank and is a fabulous idea! You pay $2.99 a month and receive a photo book up to 100 photos every month.
3.Phone charging bracelet
There are a lot of chargeable bracelets out there. Some of them look like a fit bit, which is fine.
But I like the design of Rebecca Minkoff's bracelets. Click on the pic above to check out her accessory line.
4. Two favorite Interior Design apps
A. Interior Viewer
B. Room Planner Home Design
*Both of those apps are great tools. Our computers have come a long way since I used Auto CAD 13 in College. So thankful for that!
And finally.... a non techie thing
5.kikki-k planner love
I can go digital and tech on a lot of things, but when it comes to my planner, I like to write everything down. I like pens, checking off a list, writing it on the to do list just so I can check it off. Crazy? I know I am not alone. I discovered this company from one of my favorite blogs http://iheartorganizing.blogspot.com .Kikki-k has a scrapbook approach to making your planner express who you are. Watch the video.
